This is an exciting opportunity to join Window Genie as a Window Cleaning Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide various services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and gutter cleaning, to our customers.
  • Create a great customer experience by collecting payments, conducting walkthroughs, and making recommendations for additional services.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and in working order.
  • Follow the Window Genie Way, our proven process for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
  • Have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
  • Be able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
