Overview

Concentra is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care services, including evaluation and treatment of muscle, skeletal, and neurological problems
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, employers, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Customarily 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment
  • Ortho-outpatient experience preferred
