We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Pit Table Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. As a Pit Table Director, you will be responsible for overseeing table games operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for patrons. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Salary Estimate: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:
As a Pit Table Director, you will:
  1. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive gaming environment.
  2. Supervise table game dealers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor game bankrolls and verify accuracy of documentation.
  4. Identify and report any abnormalities or suspicious activity.
  5. Act as a host, providing excellent service to guests.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
  1. A valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
  2. Good mathematical and communication skills.
  3. Working knowledge of various table games.
