About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Intelligence Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing intelligence and administrative support to our analysts, engineers, and scientists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including coordinating and consolidating information
  • Assist with the management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents to support program management
  • Coordinate with security to ensure guests have appropriate access
  • Build read-ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience conducting analysis
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing and conflict resolution
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
