The Clinical Laboratory Specialist will play a crucial role in executing and analyzing laboratory assessments within the Clinical Laboratory. This position involves operating sophisticated analytical instruments to guarantee that test outcomes are medically accurate and assessing patient samples to establish their appropriateness for testing and/or referral to a specialized laboratory.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution, along with certification from recognized agencies.
    • Acceptable certifying organizations include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW)

Work Schedule Requirements

Weekend Availability - Yes

On-Call Duties - No

Night Shifts - Varying workdays

3-12 hour shifts; 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
