We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Handler II to join our team at PROCEPT BioRobotics. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in or lead daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare outbound shipments by retrieving and palletizing goods, and fulfill parts for work orders and expedite items to address shortages.
- Maintain inventory and associated records for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts, and communicate part shortages or issues to the Warehouse & Logistics team.
- Enter the cleanroom when necessary to issue or count parts, and operate a pallet jack and maintain an orderly, clean warehouse.
- Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment or within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Must be available to work swing shifts and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
- Energetic, positive, and customer service-oriented, with a proactive self-starter attitude and strong problem-solving and team-working skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and across all functions.
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software, specifically QAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Live within 30 miles of our HQ to ensure timely arrival and flexibility for shift coverage.
