About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tarkett. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure effective maintenance and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of recent industrial maintenance experience or completion of a two-year training program in an industrial maintenance field.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make decisions independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
