Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. As a RN ICU Full Time Nights, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals and outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- NRP certification within orientation period
- Minimum one year of maternal/child nursing experience preferred
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred.
Certifications:
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; AHA BLS.
