Job Description: We are seeking an Operating Room RN Leader to join our team at Winner Regional Healthcare Center. This role will require the successful candidate to utilize their expertise in perioperative nursing care, providing exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to a positive work environment.

About the Position:

  • Assess and provide individualized nursing care to surgical patients, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Develop and implement plans of care that prioritize patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications:

  • Current South Dakota RN license or multi-state licensure privileges.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
