Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the surgical team, the Surgical Technologist will:

  • Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
  • Assist in the setup of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Support nursing staff in patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a nationally accredited Surgical Technology program or military training in surgical technology.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist from a recognized credentialing organization within one year of program completion.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Environment:
