Job Title: Radiology Technician

PRN Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in Lutherville, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to work in our diagnostic imaging department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images of patients.
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography.
  • 1-2 years of experience in radiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
