Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple commissioning and retro-commissioning projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Perform and assist with energy audits, design reviews, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and envelope systems commissioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commissioning strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities design or building commissioning, with a proven track record of success.
  • LEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional certification, preferred.
  • PE License, preferred.
  • Experience with monitoring-based commissioning software, such as CopperTree or SkyFoundry.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually, with occasional overnight stays.
