Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as local, state, and federal construction regulations.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10/30 certification, and other relevant certifications.
