- Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerns to the registered nurse.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide basic patient transport and assist with clerical duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
