Job Title: Drink Craftsperson

The Rusty Taco, Sonoran Restaurant Group 2 LLC team is seeking a skilled Drink Craftsperson to join our crew. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft specialty cocktails using fresh ingredients and house-made mixers
  • Take drink orders and provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a well-organized bar area, including stocking inventory and performing opening and closing tasks

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience as a bartender or mixologist
  • Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
  • Able to work well in a team environment

Estimated Compensation: $38,000 - $58,000 per year
