Key Responsibilities- Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is done to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnostic Skills: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and diagnose problems with vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed to their satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and maintenance meet our high standards.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Certifications: ASE certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Skills: Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment, and strong customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
