Logistics Coordination Specialist

At DCS Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordination Specialist to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an individual who can direct the availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Analyze and coordinate logistical functions related to assigned products within the organization.
- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key customer personnel involved in logistics activities.
- Plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities, including maintenance planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of specialized experience relevant to research, development, integration, engineering, validation, verification, test, fielding, or maintenance activities of complex ground vehicle or watercraft systems.
- Experience with material handling, specifically with PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and similar electronic components.
- Inventory management experience.
- MRP experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- U.S. Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
Additional desirable skills include:
- Logistics or maintenance support for testing and conduct of military operations, fielding, experiments, or exercises.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Proactive, independent worker, decisive, ability to prioritize.
