Structural Blast Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Structural Blast Specialist to join our team in Becker, MN.

As a Structural Blast Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing large structural parts for painting by blasting them with steel grit using a 4-inch thick hose. This role requires physical stamina and involves lifting 50-60 lbs throughout the day.

• Blasting: Prepare large structural parts for painting by applying steel grit effectively.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a 4-inch thick hose for efficient grit application.
• Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks and maintain stamina throughout your shift.

• General Labor: Strong background in labor-intensive roles, with experience in preparing surfaces for painting.
• Sanding and Blasting: Familiarity with sanding and sandblasting techniques, with a focus on surface preparation.
