Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Odessa, Delaware. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience.

Job Description

This role involves working with students who have significant cognitive/intellectual disabilities in a high school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will develop and implement individualized plans to help students achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in occupational therapy, including:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Delaware state licensure
  • Previous experience working with students with significant cognitive/intellectual disabilities
Work Environment

This is a Monday-to-Friday position with a high school caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
