Internship OverviewWe are excited to begin taking applications for our 2025 Spark Summer Internship Program. This program is open to current students from a variety of different educational backgrounds and career focus. Internship opportunities are available across our various Service Lines including: Civil Engineering, Construction Services and Materials Testing, Environmental Services and Industrial Hygiene, Geotechnical Engineering, and Transportation Design-Build.
Responsibilities- Work alongside experienced professional and technical employee-owners within your area of interest.
- Be a part of an intern cohort and learn about all aspects of S&ME.
- Gain invaluable hands-on experience and access to technical experts across the company.
- Participate in professional development to help you transition from campus to career and find success in our industry.
- Enrolled in a related degree program; Rising Juniors, Seniors, or Graduate students preferred.
- Related experience and/or campus, community, work-related leadership experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Out of town travel may be required.
- For technical roles the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is required.
- Routine lifting may be required: 40 to 50 lbs.

These are full-time, internship positions for a twelve-week period with competitive pay based on experience. Housing or a housing stipend will not be provided. Successful candidates must meet requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy and Reference check program.
