Role Overview

At Chili's Grill & Bar, we're looking for individuals who embody the spirit of hospitality and can provide a warm welcome to every guest. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and attentive welcome to every guest
  • Manage the wait list and communicate with guests in a timely manner
  • Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service
