Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing HVAC ductwork and components. This role requires a strong background in both sheet metal work and welding to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components.
  • Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG and flux-cored) to secure metal parts and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local building codes.
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding with a strong sheet metal background.
  • Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG and flux-cored).
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
