About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Classroom Teacher to join our team in the infant wing. As a key member of our educational community, you'll work closely with colleagues to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, curriculum, and materials in collaboration with your co-teacher.
  • Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates on the Class Dojo app and classroom boards.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and appealing classroom environment at all times.
  • Cultivate children's participation through interactive activities tailored to their age and abilities.
  • Assist with daily routines, including feeding, changing, and soothing infants, as needed.
  • Engage with students during free play, supervise outdoor activities, and provide support during naptime, snack time, and meal assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Educational background in Early Childhood Education or related field; EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a center-based or private school setting, with a focus on infant care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for helping young children meet their developmental goals.

Compensation
