The Cath Lab RN is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Cath Lab. This role requires a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate's degree in nursing required.
- BCLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- GA state or compact state RN license.
- Prior cardiovascular, procedural, critical care, or emergency room nursing experience preferred.
