Your Role as a Structural Engineer:

As a Structural Engineer, you will:
  • Design structural systems utilizing steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and light gauge materials.
  • Develop and analyze project specifications, calculations, and drawings to ensure adherence to local and national building codes.
  • Conduct structural analysis and deliver innovative engineering solutions for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and structural detailers to ensure precise project documentation and construction details.
  • Review engineering drawings and perform quality assurance checks to ensure design accuracy.
  • Assist with project management responsibilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communications.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required. A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable. Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA 3D is preferred, along with familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and TEKLA.
