Job Title: Northeast Per Diem Educational Consultant

Savvas Learning Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Northeast Per Diem Educational Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our educational programs in the Northeast region.

Job Summary:

The Northeast Per Diem Educational Consultant will work closely with school districts and educators to provide high-quality professional development and technical assistance. This role requires a deep understanding of educational best practices, curriculum design, and instructional strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education and experience working with teachers and administrators to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional development and technical assistance to school districts and educators on the implementation of Savvas Learning Company's educational programs.
  • Work closely with school administrators and teachers to design and deliver customized professional development and coaching services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school district leaders, teachers, and parents.
  • Stay up-to-date on educational research and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform professional development and coaching services.
  • Collaborate with other members of the educational services team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mathematics education, with a strong background in curriculum design and instructional strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in providing professional development and coaching services to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with English Language Learners and students with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of instructional technology and its application in the classroom.
  • Experience in virtual teaching and learning.
