Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including shift records, load manifests, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide shift change information to transitioning pilots and teams, and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing ground and air training to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Working Conditions

As a Fixed Wing Pilot, you will be required to work in various weather conditions, including deicing the plane, assisting with towing, and maneuvering in and out of the hangar. You must be able to stand, walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements
  • Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) certification required.
  • Valid and unexpired driver's license.
  • Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 2,500 total flight hours.
  • 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
  • 500 Cross-Country hours.
  • 500 Multi-Engine hours.
  • 100 Night hours.
  • 75 Instrument hours (50 actual).
