Surveillance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Agent to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Surveillance Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our casino operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor casino activities through a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system
* Prepare reports and logs of observed incidents
* Maintain confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information
* Communicate incidents to pit personnel and management
* Assist with training of new employees
Requirements
* One year of games surveillance experience preferred
* Prior experience in a security, casino, or surveillance related field preferred
* Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene
* Friendly, outgoing personality
* Must be 21 years of age
* Ability to interface effectively with the public and co-workers
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Some college preferred
* Ability to satisfactorily complete a 90-day surveillance training program
Work Environment
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on an "as needed" basis
* Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
* Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke
* Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
* Must be able to handle large amounts of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation
* Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts
* Use of office equipment and computers
* Ongoing games protection training
* Must be able to interact with other departments, law enforcement and court personnel
* Must be able to obtain and possess a VA Gaming License from the VA Lottery
