Job Summary:
Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a skilled Van Driver/CNA to transport residents to physician appointments and outings while maintaining a safe and clean vehicle. This role requires a valid Texas driver's license, certification as a nursing assistant, and CPR training.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport residents to scheduled appointments and outings
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director and DON to schedule trips
  • Review and enforce Cantex's clinical policies and procedures for abuse prevention

Requirements:
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Current CPR training
  • Certified nursing assistant
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
