Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional haircuts to clients, ensuring a consistent Great Clips brand experience
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication
• Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and supportive salon environment
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, contributing to the success of the salon

Requirements

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive salon environment
