RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
