The Senior Healthcare Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in our growth strategy. This position focuses on generating leads and expanding our membership by fostering strong relationships with senior citizens, local community partners, and businesses that cater to seniors. As the first tier in our Membership Growth Consultant Success Plan, this role is pivotal for career advancement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with seniors and business partners to create new patient opportunities throughout the year.
- Engage with seniors in various settings, including their homes and community centers, to communicate the value of ChenMed.
- Plan and execute community events such as health fairs and informational sessions to attract our target demographic.
- Build strong connections with health plan agents, social workers, and community providers to position ChenMed as the preferred healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with local officials and businesses to initiate programs that promote patient growth.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with agents and brokers to address immediate customer needs and manage event logistics.
- Utilize marketing tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Create and distribute a monthly activity calendar highlighting community engagement opportunities.
- Re-engage past customers through targeted marketing efforts.
- Educate potential patients about our healthcare model and value proposition, delivering presentations to larger audiences.
- Establish distribution channels to support patient enrollment initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership to enhance engagement strategies with partners and vendors.
- Maintain relationships with enrolled patients to improve retention and address any concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
