Job Summary:

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Arnold, MO. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing hands-on work on customer vehicles, directing shop personnel, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of tasks, including brake jobs, suspension components, alignments, front end parts, preventive maintenance items, tire repair/replacement, oil changes, and more
* Direct and supervise shop personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
* Communicate effectively with customers and shop personnel to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

* Previous automotive technician/mechanic experience required
* Possess current and valid Driver's license
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

* Moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials
* Extreme heat and/or extreme cold temperatures
* Ability to stand for up to eight hours per day, walk to access various areas of the building, and lift up to 70 pounds frequently
