Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Redford Union Schools. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in school psychology. The successful candidate will work closely with educators and families to assess student needs, develop intervention plans, and promote mental health within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess student needs and develop intervention plans to support their mental health and academic success.
- Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective strategies for promoting student well-being.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and share expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree from an accredited school psychology program and completion of all assigned practicum and internship requirements.
- A valid in-state driver's license and access to personal transportation.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is around $50 per hour, paid through weekly direct deposits. Additional benefits include comprehensive insurance, including medical, dental, vision, life, professional liability, and long/short-term disability, as well as a matching 401(K) plan, W-2 employment through ProCare Therapy, paid association dues, continuing education funds, and sign-on/completion bonuses.
