Position Overview:
LPN Compensation - $30/hour
Work Schedule - Sunday to Thursday, 6 AM to 2 PM
(Schedule may vary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, oxygen, and injections accurately.
  • Provide exceptional care to clients by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management.
  • Deliver professional nursing services, including direct care in health maintenance, nutrition, daily living activities, and illness prevention.
  • Evaluate patient conditions and document care effectively.
  • Engage in staff training and uphold infection control standards.
  • Care for patients requiring Ventilation, G-Tube, and/or Tracheostomy support.

Qualifications:

  • Valid License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Strong assessment and documentation abilities.
  • One year of practical nursing experience is preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
  • Experience with developmentally and intellectually disabled individuals is advantageous.
  • References are required.
  • Proof of employment authorization and identity is necessary.
  • Ability to adhere to the Justice Center's Code of Conduct.
  • Excellent recreational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently within a team setting.
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet program requirements.
