Job Title: Security Officer

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol and Monitor Properties: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any suspicious activity.
  • Assist Tenants and Employees: Provide assistance to tenants and employees as needed, including responding to emergencies and incidents.
  • Enforce Regulations and Laws: Enforce all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and safety.
  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents, and report findings to management.
  • Provide Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and other crises.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Security Experience: 0-2 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Security Procedures: Demonstrated knowledge of security procedures and protocols is essential.
  • Private Security or Public Police Experience: Private security or public police experience is preferred.
Skills and Aptitudes:
  • Professionalism: Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well alone and in a team.
Certifications:

Valid state driver's license (commercial) may be required.
