Job Summary:

Rudman Winchell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into client matters, including performing legal research and analysis and sourcing expert opinions.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court, including conducting discovery, interviewing witnesses, and advising clients on the status of their matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client matters, including correspondence, documents, and pleadings.

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the state.
