Job Description


Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wilson, NC. This PRN position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team, providing top-notch care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in evaluating and treating patients, under the orders of a physician, through the use of various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices. They will also participate as a member of our interdisciplinary team, contributing their expertise and supporting the development of individualized care plans.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive compensation plan.

Job Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist at Broad River Rehabilitation, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients' functional abilities and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using a range of techniques and modalities
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
