Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location
Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document accordingly
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments and coordination of care
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Good standing license (LPN) in the state where you will practice
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
