Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and additional compensation in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate - Cafe Team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing food according to item specifications
  • Understanding and planning future productions and mass productions
  • Preparing for seasonality and adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
  • Operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring member satisfaction

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so it's essential that you're able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations. If you're a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required
