Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to provide technical support for all refrigeration problems to assigned retail stores. The ideal candidate will reside in the Sanford or Greensboro, NC areas.


Key Responsibilities

1. Install and replace compressors and cases in new and/or remodeled stores.


2. Monitor and adjust refrigerator temperatures and pressures to ensure optimal performance.


3. Perform mechanical repairs, including washing condensers and cases, welding, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigerant leak detection.


4. Drive a service van to necessary locations and perform duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

1. Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.


2. Demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools, gauges, pressure washers, torches, and meters.


3. Have 2-4 years of commercial refrigeration experience, preferably in the supermarket industry.


4. Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.


5. Be able to climb ladders up to 24 feet and maintain balance when necessary.


6. Be able to lift 60 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds consistently.
