Job Summary

The Fabrication Associate role in our Waxahachie, TX facility is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career with a leading company. Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and load products from tables and rolling racks
  • Assemble parts for doors, frames, and windows using pneumatic screw guns and drills
  • Perform various tasks as part of a rotating team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork
  • Attach relevant paperwork and tags to products and packages
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a tape measure
  • Flexibility to work in all areas of production
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safe working environment
Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Heavy lifting and moving of materials (over 50 lbs. requires assistance)
  • Standing for 8+ hours per day
  • Frequent/constant pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, carrying, reaching, and walking
  • Occasional kneeling, crawling, climbing, stooping, and stair climbing
