Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wire Harness Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing wire harnesses and fixtures to meet automotive specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Build Fixtures: Utilize 2D and 3D prints and data to fabricate test fixtures, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Perform Wire Harness Testing: Conduct thorough testing of wire harnesses according to automotive specifications, using various test equipment and chambers.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Gather test result data, assist engineers, and contribute to project schedules.
  • Participate in Department Activities: Engage in equipment calibration, work instruction, and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) to drive process excellence.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Foster strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and promote a culture of safety.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Possess relevant experience in fixture building, with a strong understanding of automotive specifications.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a recognized high school diploma or equivalent.
