We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Case Manager Assistant to join our team at the Arizona Department of Child Safety. As a Case Aide, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to protect children, reunify families, and ensure safe living environments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise visitation meetings between clients and provide support to families in need.
- Assist Case Managers with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Enter case notes into our computer-based Case Management System.
- Transport children to appointments and provide support as needed.
- Participate in meetings and client hearings as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Level one Fingerprint Clearance card - Arizona.
- Ability to pass a written exam, background investigation, and Motor Vehicle Report check.
