We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper - Floor Care to join our team at Homewood at Frederick. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services, including dusting, mopping, sterilizing, and disinfecting of all areas of the facility.
  • Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including floor machines and laundry facilities.
  • Assist with resident moves and furniture rearrangement.
  • Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and printed instructions.
  • High degree of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently throughout the shift.
