About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at a senior living facility in Asheville, NC.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our expectations
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a housekeeper or in a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
