Position Overview
We are looking for talented analysts to become part of our Equity Analyst Class. As a participant in our Analyst Program, you will gain valuable exposure to a diverse range of asset classes within our clients' portfolios, particularly focusing on real estate.
Training Program
Our comprehensive four-week training initiative covers essential skills such as financial modeling, fund-level reporting, and underwriting both debt and equity investments. Additionally, you will become proficient in utilizing commercial real estate software tools, including Argus and Yardi.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and manage a portfolio of equity investments across various property types, including office, multifamily, industrial, hotel, retail, storage, corporate, and residential.
- Analyze business plans, leasing activities, and property performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operating partners and key members of the asset management team to assess the execution of business plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow reforecasting models at the asset level.
- Conduct underwriting and due diligence for potential investments.
- Assist in creating an automated dashboard for analysis tailored to various stakeholders.
- Perform additional ad-hoc analyses to support the asset management team in fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills are essential.
- Ability to interpret and analyze investment, lease, and management agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
