Barista/Expo

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista/Expo at Din Tai Fung. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature dishes, including our famous Xiao Long Bao.

• Prepare and serve drinks in the Boba department, including making all drinks according to our established recipes and SOPs.
• Plate and garnish drinks in accordance with our guidelines.
• Clean and maintain the Boba station, including taking inventory and restocking necessary items.
• Assist with packing takeout orders and labeling all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and our procedures.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
