Key Responsibilities- Room patients while maintaining clean and stocked exam rooms, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients.
- Verify patient information, review and update medical history, and take vital signs based on appointment types, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support immunizations and medications per Provider orders, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies, enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
- Ensure patient information confidentiality by complying with organizational and HIPAA policies and regulations, upholding the highest standards of patient privacy.
- Assist with various telephone duties, such as informing patients of test results and relaying information and messages, to ensure clear and concise communication between the clinic and patients.
- Travel to alternate satellite clinics as needed to cover clinic and patient needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Be available for evening and weekend hours to accommodate patient needs, showing a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- History of working with children of all ages, showing a passion for pediatric care.
- Lab and Phlebotomy experience with the pediatric population is preferred, but not required.
- Clinical background preferred, but not necessary.
