The Facility Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing the site as the primary onsite leader and main point of contact for clients. This role encompasses the management of all departmental activities, providing direction, expertise, and oversight for the team, including evaluating employee performance and ensuring compliance with policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer production targets and delivery schedules are met.
  • Guide the team to maintain and aim to surpass production efficiency standards while adhering to deadlines.
  • Accurately document and account for all finished painted products.
  • Oversee team management, including a detailed tracking of production labor hours.
  • Facilitate training and development for team members through effective communication during shifts and performance reviews.
  • Promote a safe working environment by actively engaging in discussions about safety practices and job procedures.
  • Enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement through collaboration, creative thinking, and innovative suggestions.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of relevant experience, including prior supervisory roles in wet paint, assembly, shot blasting, or warehouse settings.
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, Routine Database Activity).
  • A college degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience operating powered industrial trucks.

Position Details:

Type: Full-Time with Benefits

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000
